Loosened the bleed screw on the top of the filter & cranked - no diesel. removed the drain plug from the filter, cranked No diesel or even water. I've just changed the injector seals on my 2001 2.7 CRD Grand Cherokee. Now the engine won't start. So imo there are 3 possibilities. 1. Glowplug wrong. 2. Ground / wire wrong. 3. ECM/Glowplug module wrong.
